Great dehydrator: special household appliances
The dehydrator comes with instructions and recipe booklet. It was pretty easy to set up for the first use, I was able to cook beef jerky at high heat and it worked great. It has more than enough shelves to prepare a large batch of canned goods. Make sure it's a few inches from the walls to allow for adequate airflow from the back and top. The interior is very easy to clean with a damp cloth, but dry it before use.
