I actually bought 2 sets (4 pack) as I needed something that would really light up my path during night hikes. I like having my hands free to hold the leash and pouches, so I liked the idea of attaching them to my clothes and belt. Let's get to the most important thing - they are very bright! Wearing 2 on my belt illuminates the area in front of me and on the sides nicely. This is a bright "daylight white" color that really adds brightness. They are ideal for night outings and easily attach to jean pockets, shirt collars and other thin clothing/belts. They can be adjusted both in brightness and blinking. Rubberized cases are very tight and pleasant to the touch - they also protect the charging port from water ingress. It may take a bit of effort to remove the charging covers, but a full charge lasts about 2 hours of continuous use at maximum brightness. While the light output isn't very long, it's nice and wide - perfect for seeing everything around you. They do not replace a flashlight for observing objects from afar.
