You want it but the filter is VERY small. I actually use this to add a second filter to my French Press, so it's coffee that has most of the grounds already removed. but I barely get halfway through the filter before it clogs and turns into a small drip. The filter is suitable for coffee, and even a small amount of grind will clog it. I'd rather have a second filter with bigger holes so I can use a regular paper filter. To be honest I really don't understand how anyone would use it to make coffee. There is no way 16 ounces will leak through this filter. It works within a few seconds.
