So you want to be liked.

You want it but the filter is VERY small. I actually use this to add a second filter to my French Press, so it's coffee that has most of the grounds already removed. but I barely get halfway through the filter before it clogs and turns into a small drip. The filter is suitable for coffee, and even a small amount of grind will clog it. I'd rather have a second filter with bigger holes so I can use a regular paper filter. To be honest I really don't understand how anyone would use it to make…

A steel filter that really doesn't let anything thick through

I've been using this coffee pot for a few months now. I have to say I was happy with it. The glass pot can be a little tricky for someone with small hands. But I'm not. What pleased me the most was the steel filter. I can't find soil in a pot until I overfill it. Water runs through the filter without any problems. The only problem is that I have to use a butter knife to get the coffee out of the filter. You have to be very careful not to damage the filter. A good addition to the system would be

I love this product

I love this product! I like that I can clean it after each use. Conventional coffee machines become downright disgusting after a while if you don't clean them regularly and consistently. Don't even get me started on a pod machine (wicked). Anyway, the only thing stopping me from giving this product a perfect 5 star rating is the fact that the heat resistant collar doesn't insulate very well. And as you pour more coffee out of the pot, the pot will get hotter and the collar will insulate less…

World's Tastiest Coffee

At first I had my doubts about the taste of coffee made using this method. I used regular drip coffee pot and french press methods. I wanted to go plastic-free when making coffee due to BPA and BPS considerations. In addition, I also wanted to get the full health benefits of the oils in coffee, some of which are removed with paper filters. The French Press works for both issues and makes delicious coffee, but for me it's a pretty cumbersome process. After using Osaka for a month I am completely

Every day we drink coffee at home and have tried many different brewing methods and coffee pots. I bought $100 non-carafe coffee pots, the useful Mr. Coffees, old school coffee makers, good coffee presses, pod system. Each type has its advantages and disadvantages. This little filling system is wonderful! I heat the water with a percolator (only with water - no coffee grounds!), let it "swell" in the filter according to instructions with some hot water, then pour the remaining water through the

Makes smooth coffee

My tap water is full of minerals and over time all my jugs wear out or become clogged and difficult to clean. I bought it because I wanted something simple. The glass is thin and light, I'm surprised it didn't crack when pouring hot water on the counter. The metal filter on top is pretty cool. I put in a regular paper coffee filter, had to roll it into a cone so it wouldn't spill, pour out the coffee, and then pour hot water over it. What I really like is that no matter what coffee I've used…
