A steel filter that really doesn't let anything thick through

I've been using this coffee pot for a few months now. I have to say I was happy with it. The glass pot can be a little tricky for someone with small hands. But I'm not. What pleased me the most was the steel filter. I can't find soil in a pot until I overfill it. Water runs through the filter without any problems. The only problem is that I have to use a butter knife to get the coffee out of the filter. You have to be very careful not to damage the filter. A good addition to the system would be a filter, a surefire tool for removing sediment. If anyone says so, I have bad memories of people flushing the whole floor down the drain. This removes the soil, but can also clog the pipe.
