This is a great time saver in the kitchen. No more struggling with those rolls of paper in boxes trying to rip them off so clumsily. These sheets are perfect for baking. I also use them when rolling out dough. I place the dough, dusted on both sides with a little flour, between these two sheets and use a rolling pin over the top sheet. This makes rolling out a lot easier and avoids the mess and cleanup of flour and dough that would normally be left on the countertop. You get a lot of parchment paper for the price and don't have to laboriously cut it off a roll. Seriously, you need them in the kitchen, especially if you bake a lot.
