I have worked with them for over 10 years, they are very professional in what they do and can help you navigate all your needs through your career path. They really listen to there clients wants/needs vs their own business goals so that we both get where ever it takes us professionally speaking! It's been long but nothing about my experience has disappointed me because everything was handled efficiently and effectively from A-Z!! Go ahead take advantage with this great team who will be looking after every aspect of your career journey!! This helps keep our employees happy which ultimately increases productivity!! We use foster becks as an executive search firm mainly within manufacturing or industrial engineering fields. The most important thing i noticed when working closely with these guys is consistency. You know exactly how things work day-to-day, meeting schedules, job postings etc. Everything seems more efficient now knowing its not just about filling out documents & waiting months till results come back. Now everyone involved knows whats going on at any given time. I cant speak highly enough about each member here. Very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond expectations if needed (which sometimes isn't necessary). Great management overall. Have used multiple recruiters previously but never felt comfortable leaving until someone reached across boundaries into HR department. From start interview process - hiring decisions The team at FBA has been great from day 1, they are extremely professional and have an excellent understanding of our business needs. They are always looking for ways to improve their service offering in order to better serve us as well as our clients. I would highly recommend them! Nothing so far. We've had some challenges with getting all our data into the system but those issues were resolved quickly by the support staff.
