All in one system - easy to use and configure, good reports/dashboards, good analytics, great team support! No major downsides! We are using it as an event management tool, but can imagine also using it as a ticketing system.

It is very well integrated with our event management software (Meetrics) and we love that we only need one login to access both modules. The reporting function could be more user friendly. It's not exactly intuitive, but once you've got used to it, you don't really have to look at it anymore.
