Part is missing and arrived with damaged paint
The paint was chipped on the ring when it arrived and 2 unpainted parts are missing. The nut is overpainted so when tightened it rotates the part next to the clamp and easily scratches the paintwork. There are also no instructions, but that is not so important. To return.
