I've been tattooing for 17 years. I have had many high end machines, from home made reels to very expensive rotary machines. This car was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say I was really impressed. I originally bought it as a backup but it has become my daily driver. Robust construction engine with constant strong impact, 4mm stroke. I've used this machine for 7 hour sessions and it didn't get hot or cause hiccups. At 9.5, batteries typically last between 5:00 and 6 hours. I bought an extra battery so I just turn off the other when one dies. The performance stays the same until the end, there is no drop off, just a sudden stop when the battery dies. I reached out to them with a question and found their customer service to be excellent. They responded to emails within a day and were very polite and prompt in answering my questions. I don't leave many reviews, but the solid construction of their product and the friendly and courteous response of their support team made me write this. If you prefer to set up a machine and simply adjust the speed of your hand instead of setting up multiple machines or messing around with the magic give wheel. Then this car is just right for you. This is a good all-rounder.
