First of all I have never written a Revain review because I have always had good experiences. However, I thought that paragraph was a joke. When I opened the box there was a piece of foam rubber inside a very large pillowcase. It's not even like the foam needs to expand, it's already fully expanded, not vacuumed. When I opened the case to look at the foam, you could clearly see that there was no separation or adjustment. The foam is like what you would put on a bench seat and it's not memory foam at all. I'm not sure if this company that makes this foam went out of business and is now just a scam. But this product is not something I would try one day to sleep on as a pillow, maybe use as a bleacher seat at a sporting event. Worst purchase I have ever made from Revain.
