This may seem like a joke, but I've only worn them in 30-40F weather (for my 2-day MSF course) while it snowed for about an hour. My hands were cold, but the gloves were better than nothing, and I was going no more than 15-20 mph. I think they will be good in the summer. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the spandex on the sides of the fingers feels slippery and a little weird, like smearing oil on your fingers. I usually wear oversized gloves and these oversized gloves fit just right.
