Died after 1 year 3 months, NO WARRANTY BY SAMSUNG!
Dead after 1 year and 3 months of use. I tried to use the Samsung website to "request service" and the product serial number is required to start the process. After some googling I found that the 3rd line on the back of the card should be the serial number, the Samsung website rejects this and any other combination of numbers on the card that I can think of. Some Google results show that Samsung support told people that the serial number is on the third line or on the box. As such, this product essentially has no warranty other than the 30 days that you get from Amazon. Will never buy a Samsung storage product again!
