It was a simple mistake. I needed ELECTRONIC solder paste/flux to hot air rework some parts/boards with very fine spacing (0.5mm or less). I ordered this without realizing it was for soldering SANITARY (actually should say "solder" not "solder"). I've used this on several boards and have cleaned it with acetone. I checked the board, something went wrong. Then I happened to notice a few tiny arcs between very small gaps of very small pitch pieces. There is something electrically conductive in this material! This will end up ruining your boards if you're not careful. Interestingly, isopropyl cleans better now that I've realized my mistake, but I won't risk it in the future. (BTW: Revain, don't mix those two categories.) I'm sure this stuff is great for what it's supposed to be.
