Review on Ceramic White Mug with Itching Thumbs by Bryan Gallardo

I bought two of these mugs 2 months ago and left them unopened as they were a Christmas present (hence my late review). One of them was fine, but the other (see photo) jumped right out of the box. You might think it was caused by falling on a hard surface, but the crack is on either side of the cup, and a vertical cross-shaped crack emanates from the main crack. If it had been dropped it would have broken the mug, but as you can see it's still intact. Either the seller/manufacturer taped them together before packaging, or there was an error in the manufacturing process. I tend towards the latter. The rest of the mug and the other good ones are generally pretty good, eliciting a positive humorous response from those who notice.
