In theory, this is an amazing product. We thought it would be perfect for us to be able to move house to house to take care of the dogs while we're away. And maybe I'll learn to use it better. Communicating with an agent is quick and easy, but my last question was not answered satisfactorily. Obviously, you're choosing fun length throws when you first open the app. Varying lengths are cool for a loose dog. It would be nice for a dog in a kennel to know where the treat goes. The camera is great when I'm working out at home, but when I even go outside the connection is unstable. UPDATE: I found out the duration of the cycle! However, it still depends on whether the dog gets it in the kennel or not. I have notifications set up to notify me when motion or sound is detected. Annoying to be home. I don't know how to set this up only when I'm away. It's nice to be able to check on the dog (when I'm online!). Maybe try a subscription once we're settled and going out more. Right now I'm just practicing using it every day even if I'm not going anywhere.
