I like that it's easy to navigate through, you can see your benefits easily without having too many options or screens open at once! It could be easier for people who are new users of this program - they have so much more information than what we need in order to use our plan effectively (i'm an employee). We've been able solve some problems with their help desk as well because there were issues when trying to access certain things via phone/email etc., but not sure if those solutions would still apply after switching companies?
