Missing Item - Solar Panels

I wrote to the seller specifically asking if the item came with a solar cable connector and car charger for my power bank. The product information indicated that this was not the case, but youtube videos and reviews of the product indicated that it was. This is the answer I received. Hello, thank you for your message. There is a solar panel connection cable in the package, which is a DC to aircraft plug cable. And if it doesn't work, please contact us for help. A car charger cable is also included.
