So far so good. He seems very strong and well built. Maybe not very heavy, but they are much stronger than the light frames I've had before. It stretches very high - I don't think I'll ever need that height - ever. The boom arm is stored in the second section and must be raised before extending. Some people might miss this, so pay attention to where the locking lever is. The knobs on the stand are mostly plastic and need to be tightened very firmly to stay in place. I was hoping they would be a little stronger, but they seem to be holding up - so far. I have yet to field test this with more weight, so I'll provide an update later. Overall a great purchase!
