18w charger and cord replaced on 4/26. delivered, I was happy with the performance of both, my phone charged very quickly. Earlier this week I had problems with my cell phone. Charge when plugged in. I tried switching outlets and it suddenly worked again so I figured hopefully it would be a one time thing. Only to leave after a few days and this thing stopped working for me even after trying different outlets. It sucks because I've seen reviews from people who have been in similar situations, but I figured it was a small percentage of those complaints, but anyway, this is my first product review on Amazon and it's negative. EDIT: Anker was quick to contact me and suggested a new Lightning cable. Your support team really seemed to want to fix my situation. It's been a month since I had a new charger and I haven't experienced any similar issues with my charger. Will update if this fails for me or keeps working.
