I got a drift phone clip a week ago. I really love it! It fits perfectly on my 2017 Toyota Highlander. The clip slides easily over my thick dashboard. I have an iPhone Xs Plus and I don't use phone cases (I use phone cases). This clip securely holds my bare phone and the silicone mounts leave no mark or damage on my phone. I didn't have to adjust the seat height. I've lowered the steering wheel slightly to show the arrival time at the bottom of the landscape phone screen when using GPS. If I hadn't moved the steering wheel down a bit, I could still see the entire screen of the phone; It's only the highest point on the rudder that blocks the ETA time. However, if I leaned forward for just a second, I could see the entire screen, but lowering the steering wheel was easier. My only question is, is it ok to leave the clip on the dash 24/7 in the summer heat? It would be nice if I could just leave the clip on the dash and not plug the phone in until I get back in the car. I don't like how hot the clip is when you leave it on the dash 24/7 and unfortunately you don't have a covered parking lot or garage to park your car. So while I remove the clip from the phone. my dashboard when I've finished the day. Overall I think it's a good buy for the price. I will update this review in about a month and let you guys know how my phone clip works.
