Original review: I want to love this product. I'm really. But the device I received has EXT higher than center on the 3.5mm jack. This results in the adapter not being aligned with the controller ports, which does not provide a secure connection. The adapter keeps falling out. I have contacted customer service to see if I have a one-time defective device, but have not yet received a response. If I get a solution I may update this review. Update: After contacting the seller about my original product, the product was quickly replaced without having to return the unit. The exchange worked great! I love having the luxury of being able to wear mute headphones. Definitely recommend this product.
