Inexpensive plugs

The reviewer who complained about the missing parts and only left the comment "cheap" annoyed me. Did you contact the seller? They couldn't have been more helpful. It's a very low price, and no, it's not an airplane or extreme environmental quality, but let's face it. Will I use them where lives or tens of thousands of dollars are at stake if they fail, or where they are regularly switched on and off, or where they are exposed to severe environmental extremes such as: B. under the hood of Indycar - no, I wouldn't. However, high quality connectors like this cost my company $13 for a panel mount and $8.75 for plugs when purchased in quantities of 50 or more. That means a pair is worth over $22 on average. What the hell was he expecting when a box of 16 pairs sells for $20? I needed an assortment with different pin counts to create a PLC test box that I could use with settings from 5 different PLC vendors. Having an almost identical test block for each setup would be very expensive, but by making my own and using these connectors I can test over 25 different sensors on 5 different PLC types with one test block. I bought a 2-5 pin mixed box and a 6-10 pin mixed box which totaled $40. If I were to use the high quality connectors that I can get at work at cost, these connectors alone would cost me over $350. These connectors on my test block probably don't get plugged in or unplugged more than once a week, and the sensor elements might not even be screwed together during testing, so I don't care if it was difficult, and I personally find them very easy. fit together and the quality is pretty good for the use I need. Overall I think they offer excellent value for money and work well for me for a simple test box application project. See photos. For those of you who don't want them to rotate during assembly, instead of a 16mm round hole you can use a "double D" with a 15.4mm major diameter and 14.6mm -Use edges. If you don't understand the last comment, just cut 16mm round holes for them!
