This makes writing on the glass panel more comfortable.

No more typing, typing, typing when taking notes during a meeting. They add just enough friction to make the iPad feel more like paper. They don't stick well, so expect to lose a few when carrying your magnetized pencil to your iPad. I wish they were a little thinner but for the price they are great.
