I moved here from another country and went to a wonderful waxing salon where I got Brazilian hair removal, legs and armpits for a reasonable price. Where I live now (North Jersey) waxing is CRAZY expensive so I had to find something I could do myself. I've tried all of these. Electric wax is too painful, hard wax is too messy to make, and I'm afraid to use it on the vulva and the ready-to-use strips aren't designed for that area. I tried making my own pasta from an online recipe but I had to reheat it and I'm really bad at checking temperatures so I burned my leg and if you get the proportions wrong you have to throw everything away. Let me tell you, this sugar paste solves all of these problems. I'm not afraid to use it on my vulva because I can take my time taking it off without tearing my skin like hard wax would. If I can't pull it off, I can just wash it off with soap and water. It alleviates the terrible panic I felt with wax. I would say it removed 95% of the hair on my legs and armpits and 85% on my vulva after using almost the entire pot. I'm not a professional and this is my first time using intimate shugaring so I'm very happy with the results. This is far more than any other method I have tried in these two years. Plus, it's not as painful as wax, no harmful chemicals, and vegan. I will definitely buy it again until I have enough money to go to the salon like when I get my PhD or something.
