One of the worst purchases I've made on Amazon. At first I had problems with the remote control, which was defective when delivered. Customer support was rude which sometimes happens but is made worse by the terrible hours they are available. Finally a working remote control. The fan worked for a while, now it only works when I hold the button on the remote. I hope to have a day off soon to contact the rude support again. Also, when hanging, one of the bolts broke and the instructions don't match the hardware. If it weren't so incredibly difficult to install I would take it off and put it back in, but it's the hardest fan I've ever seen. Everything around me is a nightmare, at least it's nice because it's been pretty much dormant on my ceiling since I installed it. If customer support was available when I was at home to troubleshoot or just be polite I would give it a higher rating.
