Purchased 2 Kichler 300168PN 300168PN Ceiling Fans, Link Polished Nickel 54" remote controlled ceiling fan for our large living room. These are lovely fans and one of the 2 works great. The second was from Broke from the start so we ordered a 3rd fan and had the same clicking issues.Spent $140 to have someone look at these fans and install and remove them.For a fan that costs over $600 this is very disappointing.As we have 2 of them, I think we're stuck with very expensive ceiling decorations…

One of the worst purchases I've made on Amazon. At first I had problems with the remote control, which was defective when delivered. Customer support was rude which sometimes happens but is made worse by the terrible hours they are available. Finally a working remote control. The fan worked for a while, now it only works when I hold the button on the remote. I hope to have a day off soon to contact the rude support again.
