I like the fact that they are reversible as my husband and I usually use 2 towels every time we shower. Much more convenient than 1 holder. They come with wall plugs and screws but when my husband used them they weren't strong enough in the wall (that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). My husband ended up using our own stronger anchors but their screws worked fine. It also comes with a small Allen key to tighten the mount once it's on the wall. I'm upgrading my master bath to chrome fixtures and this has been a great addition. They look very modern and "hotel-like". Easily deleted! I am very happy!
