I like that they are very flexible when it comes to working with us. There is always someone available who can answer any questions or help you out if needed! Sometimes we have projects come up where my team needs assistance but there isn't anyone around at this time (or maybe their schedule just gets busy). So sometimes our project will be delayed by an hour because no one was able to assist me during those times. If your looking into having some work done for your practice then look into them first hand! We've been using cook profitability services since 2014 so far nothing bad has happened yet :) The best thing about CPFS is how easy everything works together through each step of getting new patients to signup/start treatment process etc.
