Don't buy if. in light sockets
The base has internal and external mounting holes for mounting different size sockets. However, the inner hole has to be knocked out, and this is where the problems begin. Some holes have a thicker cap and punching can cause the base to break at the holes as that is a weak point. I was very careful to support the base when I turned it off, but I still broke one. I also ordered a total of 9 and 2 were broken in the box right at the mounting holes. Apparently someone sent them back and they were just repackaged and shipped without inspection. Both the seller and Revane must not allow this.
