I was confused about how it works from the picture but I bought it anyway. it turns out you push a little cloth or paper towel against the sunction cup-looking side of the lid, which when it's pressed down, a small amount of whatevers inside comes up and wets the cloth.I used this to dispense a little isopropyl for cleaning adhesive residue off my knife using a paper towel. its easier to dispense a small amount than pouring from a bottle, and you don't need much. cool!
