Works perfectly! It's a keeper!
Great! Works as described. I was able to easily adjust the holes to fit a small three ring binder, which is what I needed it for. I don't know why other reviews say it's hard to use or easily sticks or falls apart or you can't puncture plastic sheets or laminated films. I just spent an hour on a work project punching holes in plastic dividers and laminated paper to make PECS and pages for a small 3 ring binder. Yes, a few times it filled up and I had to shake out the beats. They slipped easily into the trash. I had no problems and bought it cheap - less than $6! I can't find anything wrong with it so it's a keeper in my book!
