Review on 10.1" Tablet DIGMA CITI Octa 10 (2019), 4/64 GB, black by Ada Jadczak ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product is working, but I will not repeat the purchase for sure.

For a mother-in-law 72 years old as a reader, WhatsApp/Viber/Skype means of communication and means for watching movies on YouTube will do. But I'm afraid that I'll have to toil later on under warranty because of the battery and the back cover. I’m adding on the review . SIM cards . You can insert them, but take them out . Apparently the developers assumed that they were inserted once and then thrown out along with the tablet . To remove the SIM card I had to use courage, dexterity and two tweezers. One to pry the sim card and the second to grab onto something. 10 minutes of dancing with a tambourine . A lot of "kind words" and sincere wishes to the developers of the case and connectors.

Pros
  • =Price = Specifications for this price. = Weight less than similar in class bought on Ali Teclast M30 10.1 years ago. But there the charge lasts much longer. = 3-4 G on both ports. You can choose where to get mobile Internet on the go. On body2, 1080 was loaded normally on YouTube. = With very slow native charging (3 hours according to the forecast and 60% in 2 hours in fact) it does not heat up. The battery should, in theory, serve for a long time in this temperature regime. = During the fuss with installing applications until the battery is completely discharged, the heating of the back cover is not strong. Tangible, but no crime. Just warm. Doesn't burn hands.
Cons
  • = Screen brightness. Indeed, the screen is only for the home. On the street during the day, even in cloudy weather, it will be faded. At home on the couch in dim lighting is good. From the lamps of the lighting of the house glare. On the Teclast M30 10.1 bought on Ali, a screen with high resolution and brightness. I just put it next to it for comparison and once again made sure that I made the right choice on the tablet for my son at the time. Yes, and even along the perimeter of the edge of the screen, the waves are small - especially at the corners, but also on large sides too. It seems that the screen is not glass, but plastic, and it was strongly pressed when glued and it bent inward. = The back cover on the side of the buttons is glued crookedly or not completely. The sharp edge of the lid on one side protrudes and scratches. I only realized this at home. So I would immediately handed over to the store. For 5-7 days I'll look - it will press or peel off . I'm afraid that this battery is pouting and the lid sticks out . = WiFi only 2.4GHz. 5 is not. Very strange for 2022. But at home it works fine. On Teclast M30 10.1, both ranges are in the machine, and at the same time, it is not new in 2022. = They put in the "Digital Wellbeing" software package, which are not deleted, but at least they are turned off, and then thank God with the package. In programs separately, none of the programs from the package is visible. Why all this - if a person does not need it? Then you'll have to look for RTH to remove this "mess". = When the battery is fully charged from 97%, after 3 hours of working with the tablet to install programs for the most part in the background with the screen turned off, the charge moved off by 15% and after 3 minutes the tablet turned off. After connecting the charging indicator showed 0%. Now, when the micro-USB charging is connected and the full charge period is 3 hours, I don’t understand why USB-C was not installed on such a device. Micro-USB does not withstand high currents according to the practice of many used devices. Strange choice in 2022.
