The BraceUP Split is made of quality material and represents excellent value for money as CVS was charging $29.95 for a similar product on their shelves. I bought my device when I felt a sprained wrist and my doctor recommended I buy it from a pharmacy. I have since learned that my "sprain" is actually an early stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I expect to have to use the splint longer than expected before starting a new treatment. My only negative opinion about this device is that the two straps that cover the device and the velcro stretch after a few weeks if you have to use it for a long period of time, making the device less effective. Verdict: Considering the price, this is still a good product and value for money.
