Review on HQ Branches by Chad Siofele

The customer service is great, they are very helpful! I like that you can go through all of your accounts at one time to ensure everything looks good for tax season or year end reports etc.. There isn't much in this software as far goes customization but it's not terrible either (it could be better). They do offer some customizations if needed which helps out sometimes when creating budgets/financial statements from scratch - just make sure what features need added first before going ahead so there aren’t any surprises later down road!! Reporting side was easy since we had our own account set up already; however now have an additional report created by them without having anything done previously myself because their system won't let me create my new ones unless i use theirs instead =(.
