Performance is strong but not amazing. The heat is good, the head does not burn. I blow dry my kids hair and they both love it. This is her first experience with a hair dryer. What I like best is that it doesn't tangle my hair. He is light. I like it. I also like how it feels. Before purchasing I studied hair dryer terminology ie tourmaline, ceramic etc. This seems to have most of what I was looking for. I suggest everyone brush up on their vocabulary with a hair dryer if you don't already know. This helps narrow down what you're looking for exactly.
