Too small! for my opinion
These tights hung down around my skinny mini avg height 9 yr old daughter’s knees.
They were much too small! Ordered the size 8-10, they should have fit.
Pros
- My daughter loves these and they are holding up pretty good. Got them for Halloween costume.
Cons
- Not cream at all! More like a light yellow. Looks nothing like the pic!
