This remote control is a little poorly made. Sometimes it can be difficult to get it working, e.g. B. if you have to press hard on the keys to make them work. However my main issue is that when I first put the batteries in the remote the back was broken so as soon as I opened it it fell off a bit and then wouldn't close again so I have to glue it now. closed. A minor complaint is that the remote has buttons for apps that none of my Rokus have, which is odd but not a big deal. My only issue is that when I bought this particular remote and not the other one, there was a different image showing the Hulu and Netflix button on the remote, then it came up and the remote was different and stuff was the picture. Otherwise it works on both of my Rokus so if my daughter loses her remote I can use it. I just expected it to be at least as good as the original remote.
