This light is terrible. Put a 15-inch device in the back of a 20-gallon tank and you'll see nothing but light because it's so dim. I thought it was stuck in 10% mode but the brightness button on the cable toggled to 5 levels of brightness and it works properly. But even at 100% you don't see a plastic plant or a fish. Everything is just shadow. Very disappointed as this tank was a surprise Christmas present for our granddaughter who we have not seen in over a year due to Covid and was finally able to come this week. We chose this light because NiCrew has a very good reputation. I thought. How can I return this item? I want a refund
