There were no problems.
I haven't had any problems, as long as what you attach the camera stand to is solid and doesn't wobble, the quality of your camera will be great. The neck is a bit difficult to bend, but once you place it where you want it, it doesn't move. There were no assembly instructions included, but I managed to do it.
