Discreet case with a small modification. Use for CCELL silo battery. I deleted a line on one of the "edges" as in fig. If the seller/manufacturer is looking they can sell it like this. It works perfectly. The only thing I could add is a small magnetic strip or pocket to hold a few ends of the magnets.
