Great stuff - too bad they aren't sold in stores anymore (which I can find). I have very sensitive skin and use it after showering. It is not recommended to use in the shower or bath - wipe your skin AFTER your shower or bath - this will make your bath/shower VERY slippery! I stand on a towel and then just pour some into my hand to use.
