These are my first true wireless ear hooks since the pandemic started. Before that I used wireless in-ear headphones, which lasted a year before breaking. I decided to go back to the hook around the earlobe to prevent a fall that would cause the buds to snap. I will list the pros and cons but for now I will say that I recommend these headphones because they are more affordable than other similar headphones and I think they are better than the bean sized earbuds that keep falling out of your ear. Pros: The battery is arguably the best thing about these headphones. I've had this device for almost 2 weeks now and have never charged the case. At the time of writing this article, it currently sits at 65%. Since the earbuds are always in the case when not in use, they have never given me a low battery warning since I've been using them. The case can also charge other devices with USB-C and USB-A ports as an extra portable battery. Shape - Touch key controls work well and don't accidentally activate when the earcup is removed. The hooks around the earlobes prevent falling off much better than other in-ear headphones. However, they also bring their own challenges, such as: Cons: shape. The hooks on the earlobe can also get in the way when you want to remove your mask. Don't expect to take off your mask without the earbuds detaching. Also, earbuds tend to cause more discomfort than headphones, so try to keep their use to a minimum. Function. For the most part, these earbuds work well, but I've experienced unexplained disconnects when playing audio. These include not playing any sound for a few seconds while the song or video continues to play. This only happened when I was outside in an urban environment. I don't know what's causing the interference, but it's happened more with this pair than with any other wireless headphones I've owned. Sound - the sound is not very good. Just like this one. Don't expect great sound from headphones. Get headphones if you want good sound. The noise cancellation is good enough to never hear anyone talking to you up close, but not good enough for noisy outdoor environments. Portability. The bag is too big to carry in the bag, so just leave it outside in your bag when you take it for long time traveling. Otherwise, you can leave the suitcase at home as it won't run out of energy before you get home from running or running errands.
