The product description states that these mittens only come with one panel per mitten, but luckily there is a pair for each mitten so upper and lower arms are covered in warmth. The insoles warmed up well and stayed warm for about 20 minutes. They feel great on tired hands. Didn't give 5 stars because the scent isn't lavender and not very comfortable to wear on the skin and the universal size is huge. Probably NBA sized hands would fit in there just fine, but the hands on my 5'3" body have way too much room to make them as effective as possible. fits snug I will be adding velcro to mine.
