The customer service was excellent - responsive to our needs as we moved forward through implementation challenges! We were able get up-to-date with all changes made in the system without manual updates needed from us (and when they did come down for an update it wasn’t often). Our customers didn't have enough access so that their content could be edited via drag/drop or text entry. This really put them at disadvantage compared to other clients who had better control over page structure / layout etc which gave their users greater confidence about building pages quickly using familiar tools & methods. And also there are some things like CSS integration where you need advanced editing capabilities not available here yet either but coming soon I hope!! For now however this can only do what's been designed into its basic templates rather then allowing customising beyond those initial options. Also no WYSIWIG capability although again being developed & hopefully launched shortly will give great benefit both internally.
