I love the smell, clarity and thickness of this shampoo but was let down by the lack of shine. I have fine long blonde/grey hair. The hair became smoother but did not become dull. I couldn't use the pump, the straw was too small. The instructions say to shake well before use, well it's so thick you can't but I LOVE its thickness. Small things have a big impact. I will continue to use it for volume but I think I will continue to buy a shampoo that will boost the silver in my hair.
