Package found, retail box damaged. There were no manuals or cords inside other than a loosely hand-rolled power cord. The POE adapter was clearly used as the standard power plug didn't stay inside, it was very loose. The package said there should be at least one ethernet cable, which was included, but it was missing. The device case has been dropped, scratched and abused. The device hasn't even been factory reset yet. It still had the previous owner's wireless network information programmed into it. After a factory reset I was able to program/function the device as needed. Make sure you read the descriptions fully and understand what the company is offering you. When I tried to call support to discuss what I was getting, the message said it was an East Coast company. No after-hours support or service. If you sell networking products, you should have at least a few hours of support for West Coast customers. Also, I decided to keep the device as I don't really need the device clean and scratch free and 10 minutes on the net allowed me to find information about the manufacturer. Be sure to update the bios if necessary.
