Poor Quality - Sport

I wanted to love this bag but its durability is very poor. Low quality. I received this backpack and one of the straps was broken, didn't hold tight and after a day of use the bag was already starting to tear. A week later I received my replacement bag which was good but again the quality was poor. You could see the new replacement bag already falling apart. Disappointed with this product.
