Amazing Speakers in Car Audio

*They were installed in the boot lid of a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and powered by an amplifier*I was quite surprised by these speakers. The sound quality and bass performance is simply phenomenal. They are connected to a 3200W/800W RMS 4-channel amplifier along with another set of speakers. If you give them the right amount of energy, you'll be as impressed with them as I am. Surprisingly, you'll think you're using a subwoofer with these speakers because they sound bass. Despite all the bass performance, the highs and mids are very clean. I can't confirm how they sound without an external amplifier, but at such a reasonable price and the quality these speakers produce, there shouldn't be any point in buying them. Now to figure out what is the best way to match my 5.25 door speakers to 6x9 speakers so I can run another set of them. Anyone who complains that this is NOT 450 watts misunderstands the sound. 450 watts is the maximum power. Power up to 450W. (Does not run continuously at 450W.) RMS is 150W, which is safe operating power for continuous use. Always check the RMS performance. Manufacturers will always showcase excellence, the more the merrier! Both RMS and PEAK are important, but do not exceed RMS when adjusting power. For recording, a standard audio system with no aftermarket or stock amplifier operates at less than 20 watts per speaker. I use them around 120 watts per speaker. It's noisy. After putting all the potential power into them, the LOWEST volume on my deck became too loud for a simple conversation with a passenger. Even now, at the lowest level, it's borderline. (small car).
