Review on Aikenuo Adhesive Performance Heatsink Computer by Jeremy Black

Good material for mounting the radiator.

I received this material to install large 40mm heatsinks on NEMA 17 motors on my printers. For that it works great. You cut the material and apply it to the flat surface of the heatsink. Then attach the other side of the tape and the heatsink to the device to be cooled. Now the very thin silicone tape you applied will transfer heat from the device to the heatsink. I have a Corexy printer that always has hot motors. So tape and heaters help keep them cool. I also have an extruder on another printer that gets very hot when doing a lot of filament draws. Again, the radiators attached with this tape help the engine dissipate heat. I'm taking off a star because it's almost impossible to remove the blue side of the tape without disturbing the smoothness of the adhesive. I eventually found I could separate them along the edges with a sharp knife. But these edges are still wrinkled before the tape is removed. It's also best to use a length long enough to extend slightly past the heatsink plate. If you peel off the tape there, the adhesive will crease a bit. But since you have an extra, you can just cut that area off with scissors. Also, be sure to keep this roll of unused glue in a plastic bag, as the sides of the roll will stick to everything and collect clumps of dirt and dust. It can actually be appended to tables. I use a gallon sized kitchen bag to store it and keep it fresh and clean. There are other ways to use this material as it is a type of very thin double sided silicone tape. worth your money.
